The City of Social Circle will host The 15th Annual Social Circle Friendship Festival on Saturday, October 3rd, 2009. If you are interested in being a vendor for this fun event, please fill out the application below and then return as soon as possible. Space is limited and assigned on first come, first served basis. Deadline for booth registration is Friday, September 25th, 2009.

STEP 1: Vendor Guidelines

The following guidelines must be followed:

• Set-up time for booths is Saturday 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
  All vendors must be unloaded and out of the festival area and parked in
  assigned spaces by 8:30 a.m.

• All booths must be open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Exhibitors need to provide their own tables- and chairs.

• No yard sale items are allowed.

• Sales tax is the responsibility of each vendor.

• Displays must be neat and operated in good taste.

• Booth Registration Fee - $75 for a 10x12 space.

*Single booth size is 10x12. If your tent or display is larger you are required to purchase additional spaces at time of application. Application deadline is September 25th, 2009. Additional booths may not be available after the application deadline.*

• Food Booth Registration Fee - $145 for a 10x12 space with an additional
  $10 charge for each 110 electrical outlet needed.

• Food Booth applications must have a menu attached!!!
   Georgia State Law requires that all food vendors complete and return an application for a
   temporary food service permit, please contact us for a copy of the permit application. All State 
   guidelines MUST be met and adhered to on the day of the festival or your booth will be shut down.
   Booths will be inspected for compliance on the morning of the festival.

Registration payment must be included with your application. If available, please enclose a photo of your booth set-up/display. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m., September 25th, 2009. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

The Social Circle Friendship Festival will be held rain or shine. There will be NO refunds.

Agreement/Release:

As a vendor, I accept responsibility for my assigned area and agree to leave the area free of debris. Any physical damages that occur during my occupancy will be repaired at my expense. I agree to abide by all laws, codes and ordinances set forth by the State of Georgia, Walton County, City of Social Circle, and the Friendship Festival. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Walton County, City of Social Circle, and the Freindship Festival and all its agents harmless from all and any claims, damages, liability, or expenses arising out of my participation in the Friendship Festival. I further release Walton County, City of Social Circle, and the Festival and agents from any liability for any damages sustained by myself and any other person claiming by, through or under myself due to the use of the premise or area, and from any acts or omissions of myself or any persons. Walton Coutny, City of Social Circle, and teh Friendship Festival And agents shall not be liable for any damages to or loss of my personal property from any cause whatsoever.
